About Sara
Sara Gold, Esq.

If you are an artist, creator, or business owner, Sara can assist you with your intellectual property needs.

Drawing from her years of experience in the field, Sara focuses her practice on trademark and copyright registrations, intellectual property litigation, and intellectual property consulting.

Her passion for protecting creative products stems from her background as a writer, editor, and Orange County Register journalist. She earned her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, where she won multiple awards for her achievements in legal writing and publishing. Sara has been published in The Federal Lawyer, Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law, and IDEA: Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property, among other publications. Her writings have also been published by the San Diego County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and other legal organizations. Click here for her full list of publications.

Sara enjoys being active in the legal community as well as contributing to legal scholarship. She is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and currently serves on its editorial board for San Diego Lawyer magazine. 

Sara is a member of the California Bar and is licensed to practice in all California state and federal courts.
